So what’s it like working at LOCOG?

Working at LOCOG is fascinating – with so many elements to the programme, and different clients and stakeholders to align.  The breadth of our services to LOCOG continues to grow and our programme now touches every department and most functional areas across the Olympic programme meaning we have a unique insight into how an Olympic and Paralympic Games is planned.  As LOCOG transition from strategic to operational planning you can really start to feel things come to life as the programme takes shape.

What’s been your best experience so far?

Delivering the client experience mapping project has probably been the highlight for me – such a unique project that enabled us to understand every client group and their Games journey and the services that they would require to enable them to get the most out of their Games experience.

What are you working on at LOCOG?

I have worked on four advisory projects for LOCOG – mapping client experience, the sustainable food framework, sports participation and Paralympic modelling.  I am now Programme Director for our services to LOCOG which means I am responsible for the delivery of all our advisory services and secondments into LOCOG interfacing with every part of the organisation to ensure that we activate our sponsorship in a way that delivers best value to them and to us as a firm.
