Our motivation

Delivering the UK’s most complex and high profile event in a lifetime presents us with two primary opportunities: first, it challenges our people to exceed their personal and professional expectations, and second, it allows us to demonstrate very publicly our ability to solve the most complex business problems.

But it actually runs deeper than that. We have a young, talented and very energetic population of people in the firm. Many are very active in sport, and they have absolutely seized the excitement of what we are doing with the Games and with disability sport. So, whilst at the heart of our involvement is a desire to showcase the firm’s expertise, the ability to engage and involve our people in something about which they feel so strongly matters enormously to us too.

During our London 2012 journey , many of our people will have a unique opportunity to help transform London and the UK. We are delighted that the 2012 Games are happening here and we are proud to be playing our part.
