Our motivation

Our involvement with disability sport has grown out of our corporate responsibility programme, which is absolutely integral to the way we think about our business and the role we feel we should be playing in wider society.

We wanted a partnership that supported skills development and commitment to sport at a grassroots level, and that also reflected the passion of our people for sport and high achievement. We also wanted to make a real difference.

At Deloitte we really pride ourselves on quality, on success and on “raising the bar”, so to be associated with disabled sports people who are also setting those standards and surpassing them is a great thing for us to see happen.

Put simply, the programme is transforming the experience of disabled people playing sport. It opens up sporting opportunities to disabled people from right across the country who otherwise might never have the chance.
